J4 Car Condenser
Condenser is one of the main components of car air conditioning system.
Condensers are generally known in repair shops or spare parts stores with other names such as cooler radiators or cooler liquefiers.
The place of installation of condensers is in the back area, in front of the window or in the front part of the engine compartment of the car. Also, in terms of the operation cycle, the location of the condenser in the air conditioning system is before the pressure sensor (pressure switch) and after the AC compressor (cooler compressor).
The function of the condenser is to change the temperature and concentration of the refrigerant. In this case, the hot gas with a pressure of 2.5 bar and a temperature of 80 degrees Celsius enters the upper part of the condenser (INLET) from the compressor of the cooler, then the hot gas passes through the micro-channel and aluminum fins of the condenser from The state of gas changes to liquid and the temperature changes from 80 to 45 degrees Celsius, finally the refrigerant flows from the lower part of the condenser (OUTLET) to the other heat ex-changers of the air conditioning system.
Condenser is especially exposed to corrosion, the corrosion that occurs leads to leakage or weakening of condenser performance.
The corroded condenser introduces more temperature to the whole system, as a result of this overload, it causes malfunction of other components of the AC system or mainly causes the failure of the car’s compressor.
